Jeff and I are completely overwelmed with joy as we embark on this journey of parenthood. We feel so blessed to have been entrusted with a sweet daughter and hope we can do everything we can to raise her right. We never knew we could love someone so fast and so deeply! We love you baby girl!

I got a new camera and photo program so I thought I would test what it could do and snap some pictures of Lydia

She was a really good sport, but I think she got sick of me snapping away at her and repositioning

I love her tiny body. I wish she could stay this little for longer. Amazingly she is so much bigger than when she was born. Babies are such little miracles!

A little shower

I had a baby shower for three of the wives here who are pregnant. There are two more girls that are expecting but unfortunately they have already left for the summer :-(. I wanted to throw it for them since they all threw me such a nice shower! Lydia was really good even with all the noise but quickly fell asleep for a very long nap when everyone left. 

Here is Mallory holding Lydia, she helped a ton with the shower I don't know what I would do without her out here! Thank you! Tara is in the middle, she is due in October with a girl, I'm so excited for her! 

Jenny is also due in October but with her second boy! Man It seems like it was just yesterday that I had a big belly! 

I made Tara some headbands for her baby girl! That is Parker next to her, he is such a cute little boy!

Jenny was getting in some practice with Lydia, she's a natural!
