Tonight Jeff came home to two crazy ladies...
This week has been crazy, we have all been sick, it has come and gone for Jeff and I but this bug just wont leave Lydia alone!
Tonight after waking up from a nap I tried with all my might to get some liquids into Lydia's little belly just to have her throw it all up and more!
I was covered, she was covered and the carpet was covered.
Normally I would yell for Jeff to come help me but he was away doing his home teaching (so there's no way I could be upset with him for not being there)
So I stripped us both down the best I could while holding her and trying to contain the throw up. All I could think to do was get us both in the tub.
Right as I was cleaning us off I saw red dripping into the water, I reached for my face to find that there was blood gushing out of my nose... how this happened, I don't know!
So I tried scooping Lydia up while holding onto my nose and tried to get out of the tub without slipping... there was a slip but no one was hurt, just two crying girls.
I can't imagine Jeff's thoughts when he came home and saw us
An emotional crying wife with blood running down her hand and all over her face and a steady trail of blood across the bathroom floor, a confused crying baby and a pile of throw up clothes
All he could say was,
"What happened to my family!?"
Not to worry, for now we are all better and tucked into bed and hopefully tomorrow will bring happy faces and bellies
Did I mention that I hate cleaning bathrooms
